CHANTELLE GOLDTHWAITE is a self-taught, mixed media artist who lives and works in Northern California. From an early age Chantelle found herself coloring, rearranging her surroundings and exploring the world around her. She was a collector, a creator, an alchemist, a pilgrim. Through 2D and 3D media including sculpture, painting and assemblage, her most prevalent themes deal with the transformations we experience throughout our lives. How the things we choose can at one time hold us only to become that which holds us back. And how the most beautiful of experiences reside in some of the most overlooked places on our journey.
